1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pdn99 ("pdn99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at pdn99.app. By creating a pdn99 account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the pdn99 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.Eligibility

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of pdn99, nor a family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pdn99 or had a pdn99 account closed for breach of these Terms.

pdn99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account restrictions until verification is complete.

3.Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) pdn99 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. pdn99 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect multiple accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, pdn99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances or winnings pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your pdn99 login credentials (username and password).
• All activity that occurs under your pdn99 account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring that no person under the age of 21 has access to your pdn99 account or any device on which your session remains active.
• Promptly notifying pdn99 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate. pdn99 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on pdn99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and selected cryptocurrency channels. Available methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pdn99 account upon confirmation of receipt. pdn99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name and must match your verified pdn99 account details.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You may only withdraw to payment methods previously used to deposit or to a verified bank account held in your name. pdn99 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for e-wallet channels and same-day for bank transfers, subject to verification status and volume.

pdn99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests where anti-money-laundering obligations require. Withdrawals may be delayed during such review periods. Any winnings found to have been generated through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

pdn99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• pdn99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including collusion, bonus abuse strategies, or exploitation of errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players in Malaysia only unless otherwise specified.

6.Gameplay Rules

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pdn99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any game or system.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage, or other practices designed to circumvent the integrity of games or betting markets.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Registering or maintaining more than one pdn99 account.
• Allowing another person to access or operate your pdn99 account.
• Any attempt to launder money or conduct financial transactions of an illegal nature through the pdn99 platform.

8.Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pdn99 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from pdn99.app without the prior written consent of pdn99. Unauthorised use of pdn99's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pdn99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pdn99 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury.

pdn99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. pdn99 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Your use of pdn99 is at your sole risk. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits pdn99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.Privacy

pdn99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the pdn99 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out the types of data collected, the purposes for which it is used, the parties with whom it may be shared, and your rights in relation to your personal data.

12.Amendments to These Terms

pdn99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file, or by prominent notice on pdn99.app, not less than seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory obligation.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pdn99 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by pdn99's applicable gaming regulatory authority. pdn99's licensing regulator maintains oversight of player dispute resolution in accordance with international gaming authority standards.
